6. What happens if I am late with my subscription payment?
You can still pay the subscription within the grace period of 10 days after a missed payment. After the grace period ends and if the payment has not been processed, you will automatically be downgraded to Pockit Everyday.
If you miss your payment for Fast Track to Credit, SteadyPay may have to report it to the major credit agencies, which can have a negative impact on your credit file. You can avoid this by paying on time or choosing to cancel your subscription with no penalty.
7. What happens if I downgrade from my Fast Track to Credit plan?
You will no longer benefit from the credit building service if you downgrade from the Fast Track to Credit plan.

You can access your personal credit after 3 months from signing up for the Fast Track to Credit plan. Subject to affordability checks and no adverse credit.
2. What is the amount I can borrow as personal credit?
An eligibility check will determine the amount available for you to borrow, anywhere between £30 and £500, based on your affordability.
3. Is personal credit really interest-free?
Yes, you pay 0% interest. Your Fast Track to Credit plan must remain active while you use your personal credit and whilst there is no interest on the credit, there is a fixed fee relative to the amount borrowed.
4. How do I repay the personal credit?
You can repay in 3 equal monthly instalments after you access the personal credit.
5. How can I increase the amount I can access as personal credit?
Using your Pockit card regularly with the Fast Track to Credit plan and timely repayments of outstanding credit will increase over time the amount of personal credit you can access.
6. Can I access personal credit if I don't have a good credit score?
You don't need to have a good credit score to be eligible for Personal Credit. A soft credit check may be conducted to check your eligibility which does not affect your credit score.
